On this leverage; we have a commitment to provide calibrated personnel to the Industries both in Nigeria and Overseas with the aim of realizing real time delivery and productivity taking into consideration that the search for the right profile can be time consuming and complex which can impact on the success of projects.
We intend to take one of our areas of focus to another level:
Training and Development: JC International, the sister company of OSL, specializes in training activities for the Oil and Gas Industry amongst others, a standard that is internationally acclaimed. Our objective is to assist our client in time optimization to the fullest Capacity, in this light OSL will create a supply chain synergy to maximize time and productivity for it’s valued client by:
- Sourcing for the right profile
- Training them on the platform of it’s sister company – JC International
- Recruit, Mobilize and Demobilize as per the Scope of Work required, with no further liability of retaining a work force not required by the client.
On the Job Training for young Talents:
Our strategy on Training and Placement will encourage us to build a data base for the young and inexperienced talents; a prospective manpower sector that has been neglected by current manpower providers. We are not strangers to the evolving world of technology and development usually driven by the young and talented. We shall create an employment platform” to cater and recognize the hidden talents of future professionals to serve as “ On the Job Trainees”, manifesting their full capabilities, their growth in the industry can be sustained over a long time, which will in turn sustain the Local Content market already running short of supply of professionals in the Industry.
